Adam Morales serves as the Lead Pastor of Valley Baptist Church, where he is passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with Christ and live out their God-given purpose.

Before serving at Valley Baptist Church, Adam served at Wellington First Baptist Church for fifteen years in several ministry roles including  Associate Pastor. His years of ministry have shaped a deep desire to see people not simply learn about their faith, but genuinely live it out each day.

Adam is passionate about making disciples who embrace their unique, God-given calling with courage and purpose. His desire is to equip, edify, and encourage others to grow in their faith, serve others, and step into leadership in ways that expand the Kingdom of God and bring transformation to the world around them.

In addition to his pastoral ministry, Adam is a local business owner and previously served his country in the United States Army. He retired from the Army in 2022 following a 23-year career in the Military Police Corps. His military experience continues to influence his commitment to servant leadership, discipline, integrity, and caring for others.



Above all, Adam considers being a husband and father his most important earthly calling. He is married to his wife of 33 years, Marla, and together they have three adult daughters: Elysabeth, Madelyn, and Amelia.

Adam and his family are grateful for the opportunity to serve the Lord and the people of Valley Baptist Church, seeking to faithfully make disciple making disciples, build up the body of Christ, and advance the Gospel in our community and beyond.
